Physical Products:

  • Cat toys, grooming supplies, beds, and furniture
  • Shipped from international warehouses (including China, USA, EU)
  • Delivery times vary by location (7-21 business days)
  • Tracking information provided when available

3. Order Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate order and contact information
  • Provide a valid email address for digital product delivery
  • Provide accurate shipping address for physical products
  • Accept that shipping may be fulfilled from international warehouses
  • Understand that delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues

4. Digital Products - License & Usage

For digital products, you agree that:

  • License is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital products
  • Downloads are provided "as-is" without warranty
  • Access to digital products is immediate and non-refundable after download

For physical products:
